They are completely furnished apartment buildings and if you are travelling with full family then this could be a wonderful place with private beach access and private pool options.
The staff is completely cheerful and helpful. You can have a normal as well as very luxurious apartments as per your budget. But in both you will experience an amazing luxurious stay.
Personally I would give this place a 5 star rating.
