    Depends on if you are going for strength or if you are going hypertrophy. If it's strength bench and deads. If it's looking buff, chins and dips will make you look more jacked. Wide back, big chest, shoulders & arms. I'd pick dips and chins. These are in my program most of the time, love em!

      Sup and chins more athletic and effects the brain more lets you learn more skills faster and you still get crazy raw strength

      strength to what standard? In bench and deadlifts, sure! Obviously I can't say that deadlifts aren't the ,most transferrable lift, because they are but pull ups and dips are part of a strength sport just like powerlifting is. It's called streetlifting and in my opinion most competitive streetlifters have better physiques than any competitive powerlifters by far.
