Thank you for this helpful video! I ordered my almost perfect mat from Manduka and it’s absolutely fabulous, a 10/10. No imperfections at first sight. Later I measured the mat and noticed it’s 180cm long instead of 182cm. And the front part is slightly cut askew (only a couple of mm difference at the end). Super happy!
It seems to me - as I see this on my PRO-lite - the mentioned line is at the first complete roll in the rolled-up mat, where the top of the mat impinges on the underside surface across the width of the mat. As the mats are presumably in storage for a while, the line gets imprinted to a greater or lesser extent.

In my case, the imperfection is in the cut. The rectangle is not perfect.
how much off is it? is it super obvious?

Hi Nabila, Some people say that their mats are not perfectly straight. But my mats look identical. And in terms of performance they are also the same.
