I never understood when I was younger why the ride ended in eternal damnation. All I knew was that it was hot and freaked me out.

I like the idea Toad busts out of Hell at the end and makes it back to Toad Hall - even Hell can’t contain him.

Now all we need is for Disney to make an Ichabod Crane attraction to complete the film package deal.

They’ve had the headless horseman many years if not every year for their Halloween parties. He rides on horseback carrying his pumpkin head down main street

Hence why I said attraction, not just having a character.

In my opinion, one of the most underrated dark rides of all time. Im glad that WDW has Pooh & DL has Toad. Im curious if we will see the plussed up Fantasyland affects to Toad anytime soon!!

This series of all the rides is amazing. I’m a sucker for ride history and hearing your take on it all is fascinating! I rode Mr Toads once as a kid when it was still in Disney World and finally rode it as an adult this past fall in Disneyland. I love how bonkers it is 😂

Walt wouldn't rip Shanghai Disneyland up for not having a train, he'd do it for being in an enemy nation.

You know what I love about Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride? When you’re in hell, the lighthearted music is still playing.

No way! Don't touch the Tiki Room! I don't care, as a latino, what Jose sounds like. Lol. And Mr. Toads is awesome!

This is one of my favorite Fantasy Land rides. There is always something to discover on a return ride through. Which is a requirement for a good ride in my book.

About the train and walt always wanting one in the parks. I was the creative director and park supervisor of the official minecraft walt disney world map. As a huge theme park and disney parks fan, i fought (extra fought) for my team to add the train, telling them how important was for walt and the history of the parks. They told me nobody was gonna notice the difference and that it would be boring to ride (i even asked if we could make an estatic model in thr station at least, not even that). I thought disney themselves would tell us to put it in. Not even that, they didnt give a damm.
I even had to fight for the walt memorial plaque at the entrace at the end of the porject because they were never added and i actually made a ruckus that should be 100% there at least. I did get that thankfully approved.
I still hate to this day that our minecraft version doesnt have a train doing the gand circle tour around the magic kingdom 😢
Great video as always of course 😊

I’m pretty sure it’s Disney canon that we are all still in Hell for having entered this ride, and we are only living a pretend happy ending like in “The Occurrence of Owl Creek Bridge”.

Guys absolutely love your content. Maybe it's just listening to your voices haha. I'm always excited when be content pops up. The idea for this new stuff is great but they're too long. Also I. Hope you are going to continue to add different content into the mix between this new series your doing.

I got to ride the Magic Kingdom version in August 1998, less than a month before it closed. I remember my mom telling me when we waited in line that it was closing soon to be replaced by Winnie the Pooh. I vaguely remember a green shirt protester outside the ride too! Luckily I’m from California and we still have Mr Toad in Anaheim.
I also got to ride both Body Wars and Horizons at Epcot during that trip :) We even did the Alien Encounter and the Timekeeper at MK.

I love toad. It’s a favourite and must ride for us. I have toad tshirts, Christmas decorations and pop figures. My kids also enjoy the ride (it’s fun to crash into things). The characters are also from the book which we were brought up with, so people who are familiar with the characters don’t need to have seen the Disney movie.

The reason why guests were able to understand they were mr toad is cuz it wasn't like a retelling of the story... and it was just a zany ride theought London ciz that's what Mr toad would do,

Disney Polo Dads™️ are a term Luke and I have used for a while for those wealthy dads who hover around resorts, clearly not interested in the theme parks, whilst their family vacations at Disney Parks

I hated it that they got rid of this at WDW. I loved it as a kid. I loved it as a teen. If I could spend a few billion and build myself my own perfect dream park I'd for sure include a pretzel ride or two.
I'd still be happy to ride Mr. Toad again now at 54 years old ...if I were to ever go the few minutes over the county line to go to WDW again which is highly doubtful. Disney is not the same company. And new Disney is dead to me. Good luck with your handling of Star Wars fans, Disney. Ce la vie!
PS also loved and missed 20,000 leagues. Also loved the tiki birds and no amount of modern impoverished philosophies and false virtue can ever destroy its greatness. Also hated it that they put in Pooh, who I appreciate more as an adult (not at all at any age when I was young) but still think is a super crazy poor replacement for mr toad! Oh well Disney hates real people living real lives where we touch grass and stuff. So it's all good since I've already long since left them to the impoverished philosophies crowd.
