sort of, but if you've seen the Heroes Reborn series they did a couple of years ago, Claire had twin (boy/girl) together they had amplified powers but they had to use a human as conduit to channel that power (the conduit did not survive). Neat powers, but the series had a horrible plot and habit of killing off characters from original cast for tiniest reasons.
I really enjoy this series. If only they could bring a Wolverine in this series, not Logan or X23, but someone like Daken or James Hudson. To me, it would be awesome that they could bring more Xmen characters

It's only season 1 so I think it's fine to put a little bit of focus on the Struckers. The problem with Heroes is that it focused on the same family for the entire series it was always about the Petrelli's family drama and Claire's daddy issues.
Yeah and i'm cool with the story focusing on him the first two seasons the problem is that the same type of drama kept repeating. Peter's dad or mom is manipulative and somehow peter gets caught up in one of their scheme's then peter gets angry, rinse and repeat for 4 seasons.
They must be the Von STRUCKER twins from the comics(Ithought Lauren and Andy were the adaptation, but perhaps they`re going the Legacy route with them)
Okay now I don't read the x men comics but weren't there twin siblings who were really really powerful? This trailer is seriously hinting that they might become a duo and will be unstoppable once they learn how to fully understand their powers!! Like Andy obviously loves destroying things he said so himself it feels good and idk I think they will become a team and down the road andy will become evil? Just a theory 😂

They didn't have their own powers, but were super destructive when they held hands (which you can see a reference to at the end of this promo) and they're referred to as Fenris. I'm guessing Gifted is creating this super amazing awesome story where Lauren and Andy are descendants of those twins or at least, a similar adaption of the Von Strucker twins. I also think that's why Dr. Campbell is so interested in the Strucker siblings, because he knows how powerful their ancestors were in the 60s or whatever (remember that news article?), and therefore wants to use them for his own plan with his shady military operation. Wherever they're doing I'm super excited to see where they take it, and if Andy and Lauren do have some sort of evil plot arc.
