At around 18:00 min, who is the guy standing by the gate in black with a black cap on? He's not taking pictures of the horse, he's taking pictures of the crowd and you, whoever is by you too. Why is he taking pictures of the people? Maybe I'm just paranoid, but what's his reason?

@@BonnieTrobis yes! It's so easy for someone to do something there. Anybody with bad intentions can walk right up to the crowd and do something. There's so many people that the police can't see everything & no way to of securing it. The way the world is nowadays, they need to find a way.
Not sure, but didn't the armed police remove someone similar a while ago. Too many young children around certain areas
@@moyaingram7166 I'm not sure. Seems like there's more people drawing attention to themselves and acting out lately. I just don't want something to happen there. The man looked like he was gathering information perhaps on how many people are there during the day or maybe he was following a particular person and documenting it. There's no way to tell if someone has a weapon or not. I know Britain isn't allowed to them, but that doesn't mean anything if you're a criminal. Know what I mean?
