    Wow interesting. Williamsport's musical history. My father, Gary Baron, also left his mark on Williamsport music history when he asked to find a band for a summer concert (not sure the exact year, '70?) and brought Three Dog Night to Bowman Field. Then his clothing store, The Octagon, had thes Balls Mills Music and Peace Festival which also had a great story behind it.

    Great description of Roesen's work and history of the Williamsport Repasz Band. I always enjoy hearing them especially at the Brandon Park bandshell.

    What a great video series on Williamsport. I was particularly interested in the history of the Repasz Band here in Part 2. Both of my parents, who are now deceased, played in the Repasz Band. Some of their best years were playing in that band. I could see my mom in the video clip at the beginning of the segment and also both mom and dad in the part where they are practicing and playing the Repasz Band March. Thank you for the memories.
