Looks amazing. I also have travelled caravan style as a kid with parents and now motor home as an adult. seeing your video bought a smile to my face about the good times with friends while camping. Always sad when it comes to an end and you all go separate ways. I wonder if you will bump into each other again on your journey. Gonna try the fish and chips this summer on our little adventure. Excellent as usual!! Tip.......boil your chips in water for a few minutes first (like roasties!!) then fry them......come out lovely and crispy!! So....did you make your own batter for the fish as well??

Ooh panko crumbs sound good! I've tried normal breadcrumbs before to bake at home and it worked fine. We actually bought these ready breaded from Aldi 😂
