the standard tuning for orchestras in Russia is a4=443hz, there is a possibility that these instruments may be tuned to that as well, were you able to check which a4 they were tuned to before converting?
as per global ISO manufacturing standard all instruments are made in A=440Hz. this is especially pertinent to non-stringed insruments such as Xylophones since you cannot change their tuning. where as stringed instruments is very easy to change. having that said these musicians are playing standard xylophones. and I did double check prior to publishing this video to make sure my conversion was accurate. cheers!
