When researching this community online and on UA-cam I ran across some complaints and lawsuits against the owners for maintenance etc. Don’t know anything about it personally but looks beautiful from your video and their website.

Hi Amy. Cyd and V tuning in. Better late than never. 3000 sq ft. Large home. Nice for a young family. Love the shower stall. Nice size bedrooms and bath upfront. A 1/2 bath by the 3 rd bedroom? So they’ll use the first bath to shower? 🤔. Like the linear dining area. Nice outdoor space. Laundry right by the master. Nice. Love the bay window in the master. Nice shower. Would want a seat. Big game room. Nicely staged. Love the shower tile work as well. For retirement purposes, wouldn’t even need the upstairs. 4 beds enough. HOA and amenity fee bout $750 a month. 🙄. For the young family starting out. Lovely home Amy. Thanks much. See you and Eric on Sunday.

I saw the complaints also and found them to be disturbing.
Thanks for the tour! My wife and I bought the Anna Maria at Lakeside at Hamlin. Ceilings look taller in this community (looks like 10ft here)
They definitely feel like 10 foot ceilings. I am not sure whether it is different than other communities. Congratulations on a wonderful purchase!!!

Oh I can tell this is gonna be a good one! They don't build communities and homes like this anymore, the tile roofs the golf courses the custom homes!

There are plans where there is a bathroom in almost every bedroom, but they are rare.

Yes... it is for sale as a leaseback. Meaning you couldn't live in it for a few years, but they would pay you to own it! Priced in the mid-$800s.
