Bro you made a video on triple with Linux and chrome os and windows . I did that but when I enter command sudo sh multi_install.sh it says ppa failed and process after that goes same as yours but when I boot chrome os it doesn't boots and a black screen with some codes , etc. Came and it stops at a point and remains as it is . What to do now ?
The powersupply that youn said was better, doesnt even have grounding, power rating plays a big roll as well, you cant compaire a 500 gold and a 500 titanium powersupply, a 500 watt gold that looks better than a 500 titanium isnt better, you should get a scope and load meters, doe verify what you say.
First one is the old half bridge design, second one is the modern pfc type. Altogether they are like sheep and cow !!! Not comparable at all... Obviously the cheaper one doesn't have emi protection inductors, x,y capacitors, mov in the primary side. Furthermore, sufficient inductors and capacitors are also missing in secondary. Another question mark is the longevity of capacitors in the secondary. You cannot expect these things in a cheap power supply and certainly it damage your expensive motherboard, daughterboards in your system. Iam also doubtful of the protection features, short-circuit, ovp, uvp, PG etc. Cheers !!!

One thing to note is that the cheaper power supply does appear to have a supervisor IC, however, it is lacking any other sort of protection
