We idealise the past when we were not Christians and forget the ANGST of it all, forget the lack of PEACE we had and the large hole in our lives. To be redeemed, set apart, with Jesus, eternal life is confirmed. yes it is harder in some ways, but more blessed. Sleeping around, drinking too much, taking drugs, lying, these things are a TRAP, not freedom. We are called towards freedom, but as Christians of many years we can forget what it is like to feel lost and in an empty world without GOD
