Eliza did a good job getting all that paper off the egg. Cindi you showed such patients, that’s exactly what children need! (Our love, attention and patients) You two are so blessed to have each other!

Very cute mug rugs. Eliza is adorable. You can tell she loves sewing with gramma. Grands just make the world right. Thanks for sending my order so fast. Couldn’t believe it had arrived so quick. Great quality fabric too. Have a marvelous week. ☺️

Loved watching you making with Eliza 😍. We are a family of redheads and she is so like my granddaughter who I last hugged over a year ago because of our Covid rules 🇬🇧

What a great idea! I think I'm going to sew some scraps together and then make the egg. Maybe throwing in a few decorative stitches. Thanks Ms Eliza & Ms Cindi for getting the creative juices flowing.

My mom still will use old blankets for inside of her quilts, that's how she showed me to make quilts, lol, I have her using batting more than blankets these days☺️

I just love the idea of a basket of mug/snack rugs. I think they are even easy enough for this newbie! Thanks for sharing Eliza and Cindi!

I still have some of my grandmother's cereal box templates too ( I don't use them, but they are more of a momento)

Remember using brown paper bags for patterns and mom and grandma used bed sheets for backing to quilts

I just had an idea because I personally used to love egg decorating when my kids were little. What about adding some art work with fabric markers?

Your granddaughter is adorable. I am 75 and still have my strawberry blonde hair with a few grey streaks which just looks like blonde streaks. I wish the same for her.

It’s in her drop down menu (or whatever it’s called) I’d like to know where I’d find the pattern. Guess it’d be easy enough to make one. I absolutely love to watch the interaction between these two. Makes me miss my granddaughter! 😢 Soon I’ll be fully vaccinated!
