- Here we go with our biggest trip (so far) to Center Parcs!!
In this vlog we are starting at the wonderful Elveden Inn in Thetford before checking in to Center Parcs Elveden Forest. This is mine and Dave's second stay at Elveden, but the first with friends.
Nestled in amongst the woodland, we get checked into our 4 bedroom Executive Lodge with SAUNA and GAMES ROOM! And it doesn't take long before our first visit from the muntjac deer - so cute!
We also collected our hire bikes, enjoyed lunch at Bella Italia and head out for a swim before an evening in the Sports Cafe for the family quiz and some spicy fries... Of course.
Finally, our evening ends in a slightly tipsy game of Phase 10, as all good nights do!

I'm an American living in the UK and I'm amazed by Elveden. I can't wait to go. I don't know of any campground/park like it in the US, it's like everything I've ever wanted all in one place, and a surprisingly big water park. We of course have big water parks in the US, like Wisconsin Dells, but it's more like one big city, not nature focused. And there are campgrounds at lakes with lodges, those are a dime a dozen, but nothing else to do there besides camp or do lake activities. Elveden looks jam packed with fun things to do with the backdrop of serene, tranquil nature. Really seems one of a kind!

You guys go to Center Parcs A LOT. You remind me of these Dutch vloggers who go to the European Parcs all the time so your like the British equivilent lol 😂

Another fab vlog love watching you guys and omg the deer 🦌 how tame are they ❤ what a fab lodge very posh. We are going to Longleat next month for winter wonderland and never been in the winter before we are thinking of lighting the fire 🔥 do you bring the wood with you ? If so where do you get it from ? We’ve bought the bird feeder you recommended and definitely going to be chopping the fruit and veg up soon as we get there 😂🦌 🦆 🦅 🐇 🐿️

Yep the deer at Elveden are quite special, definitely a highlight!
Ahhhh winter wonderland is lovely, we are looking forward to our trip (Sherwood) for it, including cozy warm fire evenings. We buy the smokeless logs from Tesco / B&M before we go, although you can buy them in the Parc Market (at increased cost) if you don't manage to get any before. We tend to get the 700g firelog (around £2.30).
We need to get back. Maybe when our daughter is on her DoE adventure. I felt like you were talking to me about the pineapple 🍍😂 aww Floss did so well! That a lot for a 3 year old, and love seeing Emma and Lee! Looking forward to the next one!

Ahhhh thanks so much! Yeah we quite like Center Parcs too 🤣🤣 my favourite is... Well it's complicated, but I have something filmed that hopefully I'll share before the end of the year that finally answers that question 🤔
