Jurgen Klinsman was a great German Football(soccer) player. he was the head coach of team USA for a while, I think he still lives there.
I'm American and didn't know he was over our team at one point smh.

For the first time hearing this, you did a hell of a job deciphering what he was talking about. I started listening to Lowkey, ( then Akala, Immortal Technique, Dead Prez, etc,), then started reading anti-capitalist authors, & I was 3-4 books in before I fully understood a majority of his bars. Lowkey (& many others named above) are brilliant for incorporating some of these ideas and concepts into their music. He also has a news/geopolitical analysis show on MintPressNews now too, which is excellant. Great vid as always!

07:14 Jurgen Klopp is one of the best Football(soccer) managers in the world, he manages Liverpool, and is famed for building great teams, the bar after he mentions Klinsman, who was an amazing Football player from Germany , one of the all time greats, its a scheme based around Germany. The Jurgen bar as well, which is in some way a reference to German cars, but also the is "your ride hurting?"
I must admit I am not sure exactly what this means , as I have not actually heard this tune before today, even though I am in the UK.
anyway, back to the bars:
"Klinsman when I am turning" Klinsman was a very good dribbler as a football plyer , he (like many great players) could take ankles with his dribbling, and a "turn" is a dribble move (when you turn with the ball), which is the sort of move Klinsman used a lot.
so in summary, I think its scheme using German football players/managers and German cultural things,but there are specific details I myself am lacking because I dont know a huge amount about Lowkey my self
