The program behind those picks uses a random gen to display one of the above when you press the ICON 3. The program is set up to know what has already been displayed by Mini, Minor Major and Grand as you pick 4. The weighting part of the program as you press the ICON is set more toward the lower payouts but still randomly generated So predetermined outcome, no,, but weighted more toward the lower pay jackpots for the combination, yes. DOES THIS MAKE SENSE, WBG?
