🎼 🎵 I saw Harumo in "Toyko Groove" with Juna, and I immediately became a fan. These young ladies can lay down the funky jazz with the best of today's musicians. Their music makes me upbeat as the masters of jazz and funk had provided. 🎶

Absolutely delicious music with Harumo and this band! Ever since discovering Harumo Imai with Tokyo Groove Jyoshi just a few weeks ago, I just love everything she does! She's one sassy and gorgeous sax player with amazing skill and presence on stage. Fantastic combination. I'm totally hooked now! I also love listening to that tuneful bass by Naoki Isobe. Sensational music and band!

Harumo is my second favorite sax player of all time. First is Stanley Turrentine. That says a lot.

I’ve been loving Harumo’s playing for quite awhile now - but I think this is the first time I’ve heard her speak. Pretty surprising to hear that calm, gentle voice coming from someone with such a powerful, energetic appearance and absolutely ferocious sax playing. Nice surprise!
Anyway, keep on tearing it up, Harumo - you’re AMAZING!!
I hate to tell you this people, but Harumo Imai is a SPECIAL TALENT. I just discovered her by way of UA-cam and I would put her up there with Kenny Garret. She is not a Miles Davis, but she is something very special 👍🏾
It is so great to hear this entire gig straight through. Harumo is an artist worth watching, as she will only continue to shine, to grow. She already occupies the upper echelons of music, I cannot wait to hear more jazz and funk from her!!

Harumo is quite good at the saxophone, I have to say. Perhaps the music itself isn't really my cup of tea(eventhough I like jazz), but for shure, if Harumo is continuing to develop as a musician, I think she can hit it really big.
