Even though I am retired I still regard Sunday as the main biking day. Something traditional about it. 200km . not bad for a Nov run. Enjoy the good days from now on i guess till the Spring..
Another great & enjoyable video. Cycling’s the best, today I found it a bit difficult to get motivated for a ride, but I did, as soon as I’m on my bike & start to pedal I’m happy, considering the weather I did quite a long ride for me but I’m embarrassed to say how far because you wouldn’t have even warmed up on your mega rides, but I was really pleased with myself, I am surprised how much easier I can ride up hills now, hills I would have once dreaded & maybe had to stop & rest or walk up, I can now cycle up at a reasonable pace & not get breathless, cycling’s so good for your physical & mental health.
Ahh so glad to hear you got out and enjoy it 🙌🙌 never be embarrassed about the distance you go, we’re all different and every milone is one to be proud of! 🤍

Yep - bacon cob every time, given that choice. Well, unless you are on a ride and don't want to stop. Admittedly, a gel gives you what you need in 3 or 4 seconds (including opening the tube) and can be done while you are cycling. A bacon bap needs a stop for 10 mins ... But it is 100,000 times tastier
Kyle is one strong guy with the big gears he is always pushing Easy to see he is a brickie standing on legs climbing ladders & scaffolding all day Did Sean Yates ride a bike on your Ibiza trip? You should've got him to give you descending lessons in exchange for your hill top dance. Good to the legend Sean up and about ( he's been ill recently ) I had the misfortune to meet him on a training ride in Belgium and the man descends like nothing else No wonder he is regarded as one of the best ever descenders if not the best
