Lovely video, the spray bottle is such a good idea!!! I take my babies to the chiropractor for the first couple of months after they are born to help with gas/colic and he recommends always turning a NB’s legs to the side instead of up over their belly when changing bc their abs are not formed yet so it will cause them to have upset stomach or puke 🤢 I took his advice with Tenny and it made such a difference! The nearby light and extra change of clothes is a MUST!!!!! Thanks for the reminders!

It's easier when you use warm water from the faucet, if you use a dry wipes and wet it with warm water..
