A documentary about one of the biggest car stoppages and seizures in Germany that happened on 3rd May 2019 involving participants of the largest car rally in Europe - Eurorally 2019.
What began as a beautiful car-lover journey later turned into a real nightmare for more than 200 people taking part in a trip Oslo-Gothenburg-Kiel-Szczecin-Legnica-Prague. 120 Cars were stopped and seized by police on a highway near Germany and everyone was left outside on the street in cold and unaware of what is happening. What happens next? Who will be able to explain exactly what the participants are being detained for and how these events will be resolved? Will such events disrupt the planned trip and will their participants reach their destination in Prague? - Розваги

Ich frag mich wer gedacht hat der Begriff "Poser" für solche offiziellen Bezeichnungen währe sachlich einwandfrei. Deutschland macht sich einfach maximal lächerlich. Vor allem als ein Land das seit jeher von Autos und deren Enthusiasten profitiert und sich teils darüber identifiziert.

Das Eintragen ist nicht das Problem.. das Problem ist, dass die Arbeit des Tüv-Prüfers in Frage gestellt werden darf!
Wenn dem Polizisten deine Nase nicht passt kann er dich auf Verdacht, dass da im Entferntesten etwas nicht passen könnte, Stilllegen bzw die Eintragung anzweifeln.
Klar gibt es Tüv Prüfer, die mal ein Auge zu drücken, wo es evtl. nicht angebracht wäre, aber dennoch bin ich der Meinung, dass 90% der Stillegungen reine Willkür des jeweiligen Polizisten sind.
Klar machen die meisten auch nur ihren "Job", aber es gibt einfach Polizisten, die ihre Lage übertreiben und absolut nicht mit sich reden lassen.
Ich für meinen Teil meide Großstädte und Gebiete in denen diese Polizisten unterwegs sind und bin auch nicht der Typ, der um 3 Uhr Nachts mit 5000rpm durch die 30er Zone fährt. Daher habe ich auch keine Probleme mit den Herren in Blau.
Kenne aber genug Leute, die schonmal die obenstehenden Situationen erlebt haben.

Breitbau, Luftfahrwerk, Felgen, Spoiler, Airbagausbau etc..
Wenn man einen Tüv Prüfer hat der sich nicht einscheißt ist das alles kein Problem.
Die meisten scheitern nur daran, jemanden zu finden der Tuning nicht direkt unterbinden möchte.
Living in Germany, I can confirm the police is completely unreasonable towards "tuners" or just car enthusiasts. They treat you like a criminal just for having some aftermarket wheels. Depending on the police officer, they impound your car for no reason and there is nothing you can do about it. Getting it back is a pain in the ass too.
Instead of fighting crime, they're doing this... waste of money and resources

Wird schon seine Gründe gehabt haben, die Regeln sind ja ziemlich eindeutig und da wo sie es nicht sind kann man sich hilfe holen, das gilt doch für alles andere auch. Ich kann doch auch nicht einfach in Italien ein Haus bauen nach deutschen Regeln (obwohl die wahrscheinlich strenger sind). Deutschland ist sooo schlimm, dass alle anderen Europäer neidisch sind.

My Story with Police is even more Amazing: it was Winter, My Windows was frozen. I got arrested by 8 Cops and 4 Cars. My Car had big Wing and big Tyres. Everything legal and with Tüv. I came Out of a movie, it was late and cold and I just wanna go home. While I started My engine and scrapping the ICE of the windshield, 4 Police Cars appears and one did a handbreake turn before My Car. I relaxed and removed some Snow and ice from the car. Suddenly a policeman shouted at me: "you are arrested for illegal street Racing". I looked at my totally frozen Car and back to the cop. Other Police Cars came and Suddenly 8 Cops stand beiside me. They looked at my Car and My tires. A young Police Lady shouted: These Tyres are rubbed you Made burnouts in this area.
I was surprised by this, because there were no tyre marks in Snow. My Car was parked near the cinema for more than 5 hours.
I got arrested for nothing but a fast looking Car. They took My frozen Car to the Police Station. At 3 AM I could left the Police Station After some conversations. I worked for the local newspapers and wrote the Police News too. So many of these officers should know me already. I got a 100 Euro Ticket for driving with modified wheels... But I was so confused about this, I laughed the whole evening like Joker. The next Day I called the Police they told me there was a 18 year old Fiat Punto driver, trying to kill his engine with damaged exhaust for Cash Back Guarantee. He reved his engine in every street of the town. But Police just looked After fast Cars. And My Car was to only fast looking Car around...
But it was amazing and shocking, how Police in Germany can act. It was unhuman and stupid. A frozen Car without Snow tyre marks in Winter... Parked for more than 5 hours... The whole Car was frozen... I still dont get it. Even today I am still confused about this Day...

Einer meiner Favoriten mit dem geilen Reihen-6-Zylinder was die älteren Modelle von BMW angeht. Wollte mir auch einen 325i kaufen (bin erst 19), hab mich dann doch für‘n Golf 5 entschieden.

Den Menschen, die alles darauf setzen solch bescheuerte Gesetze durchzubringen, wünsche ich nichts gutes mehr im Leben. Ebenso den Beamten, die übereifrig und nur mit halbwissen, alles stilllegen was nicht niet und nagelfest ist !
Die Polizisten dort können überwiegend auch nichts dafür, da sitzen ganz oben ein paar Leute und Befehlen diese Kontrollen.

Jámez G. Ganz ehrlich ? Solchen Menschen wünsch ich den Tod. Spielen unnötig mit Gefühlen der Menschen die keiner Fliege was angetan haben. Ich find ja das System und die meisten Gesetze ganz gut in Deutschland aber bei manchen Gesetzen (z.B. das Gesetz, wo die Polizei trotz ABE etc. dein Auto stilllegen kann) kann man wirklich nur den Kopf schütteln und sich selber fragen, wer den diese Gesetze vorgeschlagen bzw. überhaupt erst „genehmigt“ hat ?!
Der Polizei wird in diesem Land viel zu viel Macht gegeben und leider gibts viele, die das auch auf die negative Art und Weise ausnutzen ... .

A short story I experienced: A few weeks ago I was stopped by 4 (!) police officers. They arrested me and my girlfriend for more than 2 hours, just because my car was 2cm (0,8 inches) "to low"... I didn't drive to fast or something. They stopped me just because I'm a car enthusiast and tuner. Welcome to Germany...
They didn`t stop you because you are a car enthusiast and tuner, they stopped you because your/your car was outside of the legal limits of tuning in Germany.
There's laws for a reason, stick within the legal limits and you won't have problems.
@@OfflineTillee Yeah, agree on that, but that was too overkill. I mean the pure money spend to pay 4 officers, looking through the car, arrest the 2 people, the paperwork, holy gosh dang dude, that was so much money blown out of the window.
A fine of 250 bucks, a request that the car will be set to a legal ride height would've more than enough, also not with 4 officers, 2 are more than enough for ONE car. But nooo, arrest the 2 people. Good job stupid silly ass germany, your law enforcement has captured 2 very very criminal people.

@@Frani1611 Mir wurde letztens bei ner Personen-Kontrolle mein Autoschlüssel weggenommen weil ich aus ner Bar gekommen bin. Dabei stand mein Auto zuhause, die meinten das ist Gefahr im Verzug und ich musste meinen Autoschlüssel übergeben.
Im Endeffekt reine Schikane aber konnt ich machen, ich war allein. Die machen hier was die wollen, ich fühl mich echt nicht mehr sicher wenn ich Polizisten um mich habe

Tuning in Germany basically is turning to committing a heavy crime. We have special police departments just for car tuning. Now in Germany you have to get every part you put on your car checked and approved by the TUV. But the police doesn't care anymore. Even if your car got checked and approved by experts.. If the police think it's illegal they'll impound you. It's getting worse by the day. And then stuff like this happens. Just ridiculous
Meanwhile in India 50 people drive on top of a bus roof & 7 people on 1 moped but for police that is everyday sh*t
same thing happened to me. I was at a car meet and they shut down the only exit point and found out I had a different Extension and larger rims. They took my car instantly and left me very far out without a car. I had to get a bus then a train at 1am from around a 100 km far away and had to came back the next day because they didn't wanted to give me a police report regarding why they shut down my car. Germany is a shithole for tunners.

This needs to be seen. I live in germany and we, the car enthusiasts, the tuners, the people who care about their car are treatened like criminals. A robber or a murder has more rights in this country than we peaceful carguys have! Something is going terribly wrong in germany

They stopped everyone attending the ''rally'', which went from Norway to the Czech Republic. Took their license and keys for several days, and after a while started letting them go one by one. The police though they were having a canonball style race through Europe because a couple of them were driving a little fast. I think there were 120 cars stuck there for several days.

Roughly 12 hours after they boxed us in (2:30 at night), we finally gave up and ordered a taxi to get to a Hotel nearby..
if you modify your car in germany, cops love to get you in trouble for nothing, sometimes even if everything is legal and has TÜV.. can relate, i often get pulled over with my car
