I prayed today to God for help , because I had no love for myself any more , so I prayed to God if he could help me . And here I am seeing a video about loving yourself without selfishness (I was afraid of that happening) , Thanks allot , I am subscribed and I am going to see more of your video’s . God bless you .

Thanks mark for another nice talk. Can you please share the mindset to get into to allow ourselves to be loved by God and ourselves. I know there isn’t going to be a cut and dry answer of this and I know this is part of faith and what everyone has to figure out by themselves, but if there are a couple things maybe you do that set your mind in the right position, especially for social interaction. I often find myself with this lost feeling when I’m speaking with someone and it’s kind of like a fear of being empty or something. I think I’m also overthinking who people are when they’re in front of me, like thinking about their spirit or their soul or their body. Versus just allowing myself to be present and respond with a fear-free loving engagement.
My best recommendation is the book, God Loves Me and I Love Myself.
This is such a great video! It has taken me some time to learn the “flow” of God’s love, loving others and loving myself, but I am getting it! You have been so instrumental in helping me understand this. Thank you so much! I’ve asked for your “God Loves Me and I Love Myself” book for Christmas. ☺️

The problem with hating yourself besides being hurtful it's that you gonna bleed on others eventually.Not loving yourself doesnt prevent you from expecting this love to come from others to you and of course if you dont receive this love and worth you gonna hate yourself even more and may be ressentful to others.We can let our worth to be defined by others because they can wake up today and feel like "hum you are worthy" and tomorrow" no you are not worthy" and OTHERS is millions of people if you expect your worth to be defined by millions you gonna be on a rollescoaster
