During their FY24 Interim Results, Compagnie Financière Richemont, gave more information about their Shareholder Loyalty Scheme Program.
Under the Program, Investors bought A warrants, which allowed them to exercise these Warrants for Richemont A shares. This program was created to mitigate the effects of a Dividend issued in 2020 during Covid.
Investors need 67 warrants to acquire 1 Richemont A share. South African Investors will be able to exercise their A warrants between 9.00 a.m. SAST on 17 November 2023 and 12.00 (noon) SAST on 21 November 2023.
