Spirit: gine dis eroupean plane Ryanair: gime dis american plane
LOL I'm glad I never fly Ryan Air who ever planes they use they suck & charge for literally everything & not pennies or nickles or even dimes I'm talking at least quarters for anything. Even the air to breathe while on the plane let alone in flight.
Because the pikey doesn’t want to spend money training his pilots on airbus.
If it’s Boeing, I am not going. Ryanair can keep their seats. I will pay more to actually arrive at my destination. Not that keen on dying, I am afraid.
When was the last time someone died on Ryanair because of the plane.........
@@shilenb Oh, there have been more than enough instances where Boeing 737‘s insisted on killing everyone on board. I see absolutely no point in waiting until that happens on Ryanair, to make my decision.
well I guess I am not flying Ryanair anymore except if its an older Boeing
I thought Dave Calhoon had left Boeing so no chance of him sorting out this aircraft company. That challenge rests with new CEO Kelly Ortburg. I would never fly on the MAX nor with Ryanair since they charged by teenage daughter over twice the airfare for a boarding pass. If it was not for a kind stranger my daughter could not have flown home. The helpful lady was reimbursed by me after this flight.
Menudo capullo🎉🎉
People avoiding Boeing over safety need to get a grip.
It is all nonsense.
They do have some inherited from the Lauda takeover but I suspect they’re just using it to evaluate the operational efficiencies.
What the fuck does he mean “patriotic” for EU? There is no such thing as patriotism in EU, that some bullshit made up by the EU morons.
5% cheaper but 0.005% of them crash, well that's clearly 1000x in favour of Boeing, simple!
They have a safety record that is as good as anybody.
Boeing 737 is their bread and butter. Theyre not changing soon
He’s a. Ripoff merchant Ryan air no thanks
I believe Ryanair has been having serious thoughts of getting the new fleet as Airbus, as they are now more reliable for orders coming at the timeframe said, and are safer, and are becoming cheaper
How long will it take to get your hands on a new Aurbus? I'm sure it'll be years.
@@TB-um1xz yes that would take many years at this point, but the backlog for Airbus is far less long than the backlog for comparable Boeing aircraft
Noooo the meme will end
Screw O'Leary.
He could save a bundle on Embraer’s E2. Per aircraft . I bet he has a sweetheart deal with thr leasing company, henceforth Boeing.
per seat they are way more expensive as they are smaller.
Ryanair isn’t leased, they bulk buy.
I'm sure AIrbus are delighted they don't have to deal with O' Leary...
Surprised Ryanair aren't using Comac, it's all about cheap cheap cheap for Ryanair 🤷
Comac haven't got mass production going yet. They can only make a few aircraft a year. Unless you mean the ARJ-21 which is capable enough but small and noisy.
Well they are on of the few major airlines without any fatal crashes so it think it’s working for them………
@@guymuhimbaze4579 Ironically the airline Europeans pretend to hate may be the one that restores the good name of Boeing. As they ramp up their numbers of 737 MAXs let's hope they remain accident free.
Just to give you an idea of Ryanair's reach. I returned to Ireland from Krakow on Wednesday morning. The departure board showed 24 flights 17 of which were Ryanair.
Ryanair will not be using Comac at any time. They did have consultations with the Chinese re the C919, but any purchases are a long way off. People give out a lot about Ryanair, but their safety record is first class. They also have their own team of engineers in the Boeing factory overseeing the assembly of the aircraft destined for the Ryanair fleet.
Superb interview !
I think once michael steps down ryan air will go down hill
He'll never step down, might be pushed or kick the bucket...time will tell.
The stairs it’s been known since its inception.
Dave Calhoun… Who’s that? :D
We will be speaking French 😂
He has trouble with English😂.
noted, never flying Ryanair.
how many hull losses the last 25 years for RyanAir? maybe do little thinking ?
@@ghostrider-be9ekthat was with airplanes using the older design, won’t tell you anything about how well it will go with the MAX
@@GBOAC how many B38M hull losses does ryanair have?
@@ghostrider-be9ek which are not older than 3 years? Not sure what point you’re trying to make…
@@GBOAC youre implying that RA would have had hull losses had they used the B38M for a longer period of time - this is incorrect
The 737 is build really 'low' and can be loaded by hand without a high-loader. Furthermore all RYR aircraft have an airstair which makes the operations (boarding) less dependable (and costly) from ground handlers. And of course, he always made great deals when purchasing Boeing 737's .
So what is it
I sure value my life - I WILL NOT GET ON A RYANAIR FLIGHT EVER AGAIN IF THAT GREEDY PIECE OF HUMAN WASTE HAS NO PROBLEM PUTTING PEOPLES LIVES AT RISK BECAUSE OF 5% CHEAPER AIRPLANES , WITH A DISASTROUS SAFETY RECORD - BOEING ARE CRIMINALS - END OF STORY
wait......i thought this was a rap channel.
Cheap airfares? Sure. Cheap engineering? No thanks.
What makes you think the engineering is better out side of Boeing?
@@Art-is-craft he is clueless, probably did not see the insides of a pen factory, let alone one that is making aircraft so I would not take such opinions.
O'Leary is a bigger idiot than I took him for if he thinks Boeing will 'sort out' their production issues in the next 12-18 months - and especially under CEO David Calhoun
Me sent Donald Trump firma To You Becky:)$ Aura Son from Poland Me
If it’s Boeing I ain’t going. Airbus all the way.
Why? Both are safe.
please don't. airfares are getting expensive.
B737. Buy one, get 5 free. 1950’s junk. Good luck with the MAX. You’ll need it.
❤
Becky Quick with the return
And he probably knows better than that too
Doug actually reprinted himself very well IMO.
Watching a politico whine about their political rival is what Americans love to watch. lol
The US is producing more oil than any Country in The World and more than it ever has... This has happened under the current Administration, not any of the other Administrations
Micheal O'Leary (CEO Ryan Air) talks Boeing. What he doesn't say is really why. During the time Boeing had to ground all their 737Max's is when O'Leary bought the MAX. At a time when Boeing were on the floor and would give the cheapest price, is when "Ryan Air "went Boeing. He's a business man, looking for the cheapest deal. Thats it. Also remember, that even today, the US government 'aids' Boeing by other means. Thats why it has always been very very difficult for Airbus to win any contracts with US airlines. Airbus was subsidised by the European Union, for to it actually get off the ground. All those subsides had to be paid back. Not Boeing.
Hahaha... boeing is NOTsubsidized by US??? Hahahah
And NASA do all Boeing’s research and development. US business is crooked.
Also missing info is that having a VERY VERY large fleet of the exact the same airplanes gives him much more flexibility in how to use the pilots and crew. Any new plane in that current constellation would immediately hinder him.
The cost of changing aircraft type is as he said is horrendous 4 to 6 months minimum and once you start changing it means the end of your previous type
Boeing, like pretty much all US Industry, is heavily subsidised in the sense that uncompetetive military contracts prop them all up. Without that $2.1tn DoD budget US industry would be dead.
Well done Becky! But she forgot to mention the the United States just produced more oil in 2023 than at any time in its history and is now producing more oil than any other Country on the Planet!!!! I don't care what your political views are, but please, call them out when the Politicions are lying! Any Politicion!
Actually The Biden Admin is Not. We need clean federal land Oil companies in Texas can produce more and lower Prices - If they wanted to
Go Becky!
This lier conveniently didn't mention that the US is the bigest producer of oil in the world. Great job by Becky exposing his lies.
Republican bullshit
That was definitely a mic drop It is sad how perverse the right is working for petroleum interest
Damn!! She took him to school.
Becky got the sex hair going today.🤠
