Don't forget Sev
@@VoidShrgn Sev is missing, probably captured by the separatists, the Deltas just leave him in Kashyyyk.
@@Ivan_Berni eh...its Sev, he'll be fine.
I saw commandos and I was hoping, praying, that I'd see someone. I basically just yelled out his name with childish excitement when I saw the doors open.
I hope we see the rest of delta and I’m so glad I got his figure carded. He’s about to sky rocket now too XD
I was hoping Delta would defect from the Empire
Delta squad was always part of the empire in the books
Only sev joins the rebellion I'm pretty sure
In legends, Delta squad doesn't defect. Only certain members of Omega does. But again, that was legends.
Filoni does it again. His signature. Disappointing while he impresses. He brings in Republic Commandos and Scorch, but doesn't give them their commando blasters. Instead giving them the DC-15A. And then makes them a laughing stock.
0:28 that was so beautiful, i almost cry 😢
Bruh that's just scorch, wait till boss and fixer hunt them down
Boss fixer and scorch you mean lol... hes alresdy a badass alone
No no, Sev is the one everyone needs to worry about.
@@Vynirian sev is good with a sniper but when scorch gets his hands on a grenade launder fucking run
@@operatorspectre7428 fair point
This was one of the most nostalgic episodes I've seen in a long time.
0:26 Most Replied
Let's show em' some real firepower
Thank you so much for making this!!! Amazing work!!!
Looks like storm troopers are already replacing clone troopers. Not only that Scorch From the game star wars republic commando and member of delta squadron has returned. Delta squadron lives on.
Only thing that bothers me is Scorch did not have those two cylinder like objects on his backpack
0:26, 0:28 and 0:29 Scorch gets shot with Republic Commando voice
At first I thought it was the urban fighter skin from BF2(It's been a long time since I played the game) but after about it I looked up Delta squad and went"why the hell was 62 there"
I wish Fixer, Boss and Sev where here
in season 2
Or season 3
If they were there, there would no season 2.
Personally, I would’ve loved to have seen a Republic Commando series over a Bad Batch series. Just saying. I liked Delta Squad a lot more than Squad 99.
Now I know why stormtroopers have bad aim
THEY DOWNGRADED THEIR TROOPERS IN EXCHANGE OF CLONES WHO WERE BUILT LITERALLY FOR WAR
I’m happy I played Republic Commando before this show came out, now I can appreciate and get exicted for all the refrences to it
Is that really Scorch?
It is!
@@Seldenken Its not.
@@sirhalagad2187 The overall paint job on his armor mostly the same as Scorch (he obviously changed it, and as seen in the episode it’s very very minor changes) He doesn’t need his antennas, he in a training facility. I’ve been looking at his model extensively and comparing it to Republic Commando. It’s very clearly Scorch and why you refuse to see that is beyond me. Again, the emphasis they put on him is the key to understanding that it is indeed Scorch.
@@Voro_Rogarai bro, just because he has the same colors doesn't mean its him. What do you mean he "obviously" changed it? He told you? It's not him. It's a random clone commando that has similar paint.
@@sirhalagad2187 Right because they would put so much emphasis on a random clone commando who just happens to have almost the exact same paint job as Scorch and has the exact same colors, who also has a higher skill level than the other commandos in the episode. God, you’re either trolling or genuinely stupid. And yes he “obviously” changed minor details on his armor. Clone Captains obviously changed their armor paint job throughout the Clone Wars.
Dave Filoni is my hero. Delta squad in Clone Wars, however brief, was a kick of nostalgia. Great cameo. Gregor's CW episode was like a love letter to Republic Commando. Then in this episode Commandos throughout the episode, then Scorch. I thought 'Scorch lookalike, very neat!' but hints from the sound designers say that it is indeed Scorch, not to mention side by side comparison of Bad Batch and Clone Wars models is almost spot on (minus the backpack). Hopefully we get some more confirmation next episode. Kind of excited to see if Commandos get more screentime.
This is PERFECT!!!😂
That’s awesome. Glad to see he’s canon now
A better fit would’ve been fixer since he’s more into order and protocol
I LOVE REPUBLIC COMMANDO! So excited to see this!!!!
Those replacements are the most incompetents and pathetic excuses for soldiers...
They are just training.
I mean, they get beaten by teddy bears later.
"Oooh, I'm gonna feel that in the morning."
I loved seeing the the commandos back and probably my favorite cameo, next to Ashoka and boba.
I don't think he even talked this much in repcom
Scorch talked all the time in Republic Commando
In spite of everything, this is probably the closest we will ever get to the "Imperial Commando" idea.
Scorch would’ve destroyed them
When I saw Scorch I was like
*THERES OUR BACTA LOVING COMMANDO*
This... This was really Scorch and not some Random Commando? Are you sure? I would love that, But... Really?(To bad that they do nothing aka take nothing of the Story around Skirata and the Commandos of the Books.)
Why would he be a random commando with the only coloured armor?
Would you like a large, or a small crater, sir?
Just get us inside without killing the squad, okay scorch?
His grunting when getting stunned sounds so perfect, its now in my head canon he made those noises
Glad you like it!
After playing Republic Commando for the first time on ps4 (I'm on kashyyyk at the time of writing this), I've come to appreciate this fun little cameo of Scorch :)
0:08 The Grenade sound effect was pulled from Star Wars Bounty Hunter, I noticed it IMMEDIATELY when the episode aired and I couldnt believe they put that easter egg in there. So many old star wars game easter eggs in this episode
I will never not instantly think of kaidan Alenko when I hear Raphael Sabarge.
I immediately think of Carth Onasi lmao
Scorch: *Why won't these guys quit?*
To me, Scorch's behavior in the Republic Commando Team, resembles or is homage to my favorite ninja, Michelangelo from the Ninja Turtles team. Also, the Voice Actor (Raphael Sbarge), that gives voice to Scorch in Star Wars: "Republic Commando", also voiced Carth Onasi from Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 1 & 2. Oh God, great moments and memories... I'm old =)
Kaidan Alenko (pretty sure that's his last name lmao) in Mass Effect as well.
@@Vynirian Well I was sticking to Star Wars universe, from a Galaxy Far Far Away, not the Milky Way or Andromeda =)
"62 is down! Someone help him!"
Even the little boy scorch made them so busy
So happy that they didn’t kill him
This was going on in his helmet and no one can tell me otherwise
