This highly unproductive….12-13 women just take a Modi mudra loan and make their own lake and grow fish like they do in my hometown in Andra…They ca repay loan in 2yrs and make at least 20% profit…Kashmiri as far as I have seen are not very entrepreneurial spirit (like Gujratis) nor highly technical (like South Indians)….The good thing I have seen them do is good skill in wood art and textiles..they need to move around india and build network are they will left behind like Haryanvis (all Haryanvi do is just sell their lans for huge prices thanks to gurgoan and drink themselves to depth and bur cars and cause issues)
