    Sumo needs to be band. They did a good job banning the phoney 2 inch bench presses recently.

      idk about banned but maybe separate from conventional

      Guys it's 2024 and we're still debating about this? 😭
      The preference between conventional and sumo varies for athletes depending on multiple factors regarding leverages and genetics.

      @@powerlifting-world it's just stupid tbh there should be one technique allowed to normalise results

    • @powerlifting-world
      @powerlifting-world  5 місяців тому +2

      there already is one technique allowed, and the results already are "normalized"

    You’re not doing a good job showing 3 Sumo ‘deadlifts’ on the front clip.

    The sport where pissing all over the platform during the exercise is not a rule break, somehow.

    • @ivvy0193
      @ivvy0193 5 місяців тому +8

      yea but if you look into why they do that you understand why some girls pee while they deadlift

    • @ainsleybreakenridge
      @ainsleybreakenridge 5 місяців тому +5

      genuine question, why would it be a rule break? if your nose bleeds, you vomit during the lift, etc. it will still count as well

    Sumo is only worth 2/3 the actual weight...
