Blimey, I recently spent almost a month driving through Europe, to Italy and back ....I didn't realise that it could warrant being stopped because I was a long way from home 😂😂
That comes from the college of policing, and other things like seeking to win a persons confidence, and whilst doing so look out to see what you can arrest the person for.
Whenever I get pulled over I get out straight away and usually meet the officer as he exits his vehicle, I hope I never go to America because I will probably do the same instinctively
I always see a comment similar to this, and it's always very popular, however I think it's illogical and the people saying it haven't really thought it through, and it mostly comes from no self-awareness. What you're doing is trying to make sense of bad behaviour by tracing it back to suffering, however if you think for a second and apply that logic to the child bully, then you would realize that the bad parent, lack of parent, lack of love or whatever other reason that lead them to bully as a child doesn't stop being just because they beat up a kid at school every day, if anything it grows stronger and even more unaddressed, into their adult lives, as adult bullies. I was bullied throughout school, to this day I don't know how I didn't end my existence, and it permanently damaged me and my relationships. What I didn't do is become the person making someone else's life miserable. What I've come to notice is that most people lack empathy to the degree that I am empathetic, for instance rather than imagining that someone who was bullied at school simply suffered and tried to deal with it, people instead feel nothing towards what they suffered, and imagine they have become bullies themselves, that kind of thinking and level of empathy is very commonly found in bullies (Which i suspect you probably were also as a child), such as the people that leave comments like yours and in these police officers, not in victims of bullying.
@@emptywhy That's a hell of a long rant and an even longer list of suspicious assumptions - but maybe your perceived suffering caused you to become such a perpetrator eh! (Bye-now.)

Any carthe blanche right to do certain things always leads to abuses of that right. The law makers always presume that police officers are reasonable people who take their jobs and the rights of the citizen seriously and would never abuse them. This proves to my simple mind that legislators are morons.
They aren't morons, the legislation is written deliberately to be vague to give as much power to police as possible, and to severely limit attempts by the public to lawfully address police abuse of powers.
Your new book is getting a lot of positive news from readers leaving comments on other Auditing channels well done you and thank you for being the number 1 channel we can go to when we need sound advice.
All this is because coppers aren't hired for merit or wanting to do the right thing for their fellow citizens. They are solely hired only if they agree to a certain agenda. I have met [as a victim] very clever and just cops and also very compromised ones that scared me and that was 15 years ago. I can only imagine what today's police training is like and the hierarchy that only furthers those who are 'with the plan'. But I do think we need police, especially those who want to fight the good fight. Sadly those aren't hired any longer.
Unfortunately Yes... It's happened to me on numerous occasions, I've even been boxed off the motorway to be let go 15 minutes later, Section 163 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 I believe, it's a catch all section, whoever wrote it was a genius and an arsehole.
Same as sec 50, that's the coppers "friend", a way to ID data mine, just throw an allegation of disorderly / anti social behaviour , and you have to ID under threat of arrest.
unfortunately if youve never been pulled over or been in trouble with the law its probably easier to act shocked and kiss their arse to apease their ego
I had this... 2am coming back from work on my motorbike, unmarked black X5 spins round and tailgates me like fuck, I shit myself and rocket up to like 45-50 in a 30, blue lights go on. Slag. Luckily 36 year old me just went "yes sir, no sir, three bags full sir". 26 year old me would've given him a load of gob and got a ticket 🤐
5.27 cop cant tell if the camera guy is fit to drive while he is sitting in his car, so the driver has to sit in the back of the police car because it has a magic seat that can tell the cop all he needs to know about said driver 😂😂😂😂
Never, ever answer any questions, especially as to what you are doing, where you are going etc. Their sole aim is to have you self incriminate yourself over your insurance limitations.
Here in Canada it's the same. They can stop anyone at any time. I'm sure there are some limits but it's not like in the US where they must have "probable cause", "articulable suspicion" and such.
I've been pulled for just being driving a 1am. He asked if I'd been drinking.... I told him yes. His eyes lit up was disappointed when I said I'd been drinking coffee and offered him some
It's unfortunate that the Police will lie , collude and use unnecessary force to punish or discriminate against those who don't fear them. You have used footage of one such incident I experienced and uploaded on this channel in the past during which I was forcibly removed from the car I was traveling in and accused of not wearing a seatbelt. The initial accusation was related to insurance, but as soon as the lying filth suspected I might be insured the accusation changed . The CPS brought charges for not wearing a seatbelt and the kangaroo courts , both Magistrates and Crown colluded. It was a distressing and costly experience. Clive Edwards of the Capillary Wave suggests we might know who we truly are and not answer to the name of a person who isn't actually us . Good to see you back , Rob . ❤
I was followed by a police land rover, with full beam on whilst on a motorway, at night, obviously I could see nothing out front as the police head beam illuminated the entire inside of my vehicle. I couldn't see out the front as my eyes had reduced to pinholes.... so I stopped. After a few seconds, I drove off, leaving the as yet unidentified police vehicle behind me. A few moments later, they were back but with the blues on, so I pulled into the hard shoulder, got out and spoke in tongues at them for their stupid action of following on full beam. I got the where are you going, where are you coming from chat, but no request for documents. They accused me of weaving across all three lanes. I said, "Show me your video, and I'll show you mine". They told me where I lived, and I sarcastically said "That was clever," and one of the duo said "We are the police, we know everything".. Straight out of a tv police reality programme. It made the guy look and sound stupid.. So I asked,,, "If you are so knowledgeable, how many rounds of ,223 ammunition do I have on my firearms certificate?" Silence. "Not so clever after all, are you. Don't quote silly lines from silly tv programmes. Don't follow that close again, and use your dipped headlights." I got back in my car and drive off, leaving their headlights behind me. At no time did they identify, suggest I was detained, or imply I was impaired. I suspect they wanted to say "Was I?" as an admission rather than a sober, firm and abrupt response. I think they must have been fresh recruits trying out their power. Failed.
"your a long way from home" great observations officer, i didn't realise i needed a travel permit to enter a different county with in our nations borders. where can i apply for such a permit officer.
163 says they can stop the vehicle. It says nothing about the rest of his sentence. 1. Name and number, and station? 2. Have I stopped? yes or no. 3. I have complied with section 163. Am I free to leave?
Actually, this "act" is unlawful as it violates your human rights, which are protected by law. Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Article 9 "No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile." Pulling you over - Detention. For no lawful reason - Arbitrary. And you only have to produce your licence, and show them the photo and date, to prove it is you and it is valid. The rest is private information they have no authority to obtain if you have committed no traffic violation or broken any law. Article 12 "No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honour and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks."
You are not being detained, just questioned, for a specific reason, you are free to go at any time, but doing so would arouse reasonable suspicion If you tried to argue this in a court - you would be laughed at
You don't have any human rights, that's a bullshit narrative, so the slaves don't start fighting and hunting down the master. You may think that you have human rights, they will prove you that you don't with every encounter.
the one who got his batton out and threatened to smash the window has some serious issues. that clearly says to me he likes to use violence or threat of violence to get his way. this would include his private life. This would also indicate that when police are vetted that the vetting process is a joke. I have seen a lot of hate coming from the police yet hate speech can get you two years. the guy with the batton obviously has hate and agression issues to have threatened violence because the driver would not lower the window.
Your book copper stopper will sell loads more if it was a lower price ie £15, you would also be doing a great service to everyone. Having watched your videos im considering study certain parts of the law so that i can be of service to people for free.
I'm in the Philippines, 7 years.... the poilice here are incredibly polite; they are slim, well dressed and you never see them - unless they are needed. We got an inside-job robbery in my last house - an ex housemaid knew how to get into our balcony door with no key. The police came at 10pm and dusted for prints until 3am.....they caught her next day because she was trying to pawn my wife's necklace and they were watching all local pawn shops. My Filipina niece dreams of being a copper and is doing her 4th year at uni, studying criminilogy - all coppers here do a 4 year degree before they qualify for the police entry exam. Once they are on the job they do PT every day, in public, just like US marines. Compare and contrast with the UK coppers.
The term "pig" to refer to police officers originated in England in the early 19th century. It was used to describe someone who was generally disliked. And thats a fact.
Yes, they can. S63 of the RT Act. S64 & S 65 also give them the power to drmand your details and to produce your driving documents. However, you are NOT obliged to get out of your vehicle or to get into the police vehicle.
Love the advice as usual, but I feel old, I remember when they "needed" a reason to stop you. OK, they just made stuff up, so no real change at the end of the day.
There is nothing worse than a butt hurt copper because they have just been embarrassed by a member of the public who tends to know the laws better than the person who's trying to enforce them.. And because not one single copper in this land, likes to feel or be embarrassed and/or outsmarted by said member of the public... then that copper will do or say anything they can to make that stop worthwhile..

Got my edition of copper stopper a couple weeks ago. Can't wait to give it a read
You can’t wait yet it’s been sat there for weeks?
My book arrived Monday..... interesting reading :)
OMG! "Because you're not doing as you're told", what? He doesn't have to!
Thank you.
Good article 👍
best channel on youtube
Very Informative...I must buy your book too 😊😊😊😊
Great book. I have just got my copy off ebay 🎉
Nice one CB.
@dingo1666 completely agree with your comment.
Essential learning material.
Thanks CB 🔥
Unfortunately Yes... It's happened to me on numerous occasions, I've even been boxed off the motorway to be let go 15 minutes later, Section 163 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 I believe, it's a catch all section, whoever wrote it was a genius and an arsehole.
Same as sec 50, that's the coppers "friend", a way to ID data mine, just throw an allegation of disorderly / anti social behaviour , and you have to ID under threat of arrest.
The police would see more compliance from people if they carried treats and said “good boy” with the clicker.
That’s what they think anyway hahaa!
Love your videos 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
Love your work cheers.
unfortunately if youve never been pulled over or been in trouble with the law its probably easier to act shocked and kiss their arse to apease their ego
@@Camberwell86did you challenge them over the tailgating? I'd have been furious
5.27 cop cant tell if the camera guy is fit to drive while he is sitting in his car, so the driver has to sit in the back of the police car because it has a magic seat that can tell the cop all he needs to know about said driver 😂😂😂😂
I think here in Canuckastan the Police can do a breathalyzer test just because they feel like it.
I was followed by a police land rover, with full beam on whilst on a motorway, at night, obviously
I could see nothing out front as the police head beam illuminated the entire inside of my vehicle.
So I asked,,, "If you are so knowledgeable, how many rounds of ,223 ammunition do I have on my firearms certificate?"
Silence.
"Not so clever after all, are you. Don't quote silly lines from silly tv programmes. Don't follow that close again, and use your dipped headlights."
I got back in my car and drive off, leaving their headlights behind me.
At no time did they identify, suggest I was detained, or imply I was impaired. I suspect they wanted to say "Was I?" as an admission rather than a sober, firm and abrupt response.
I think they must have been fresh recruits trying out their power. Failed.
Good Vid again Rob
Police should take a look at their own bad attitudes before they whine like toddlers about others' attitudes.
RIP SARAH EVERARD.....
Is "being a long way from home" a crime?
Sent off for your book yesterday !!
Ped: mine arrives tomorrow 31/01/24 ... can't wait
@joline2730 same here !!
@@joline2730 got it, yes, hurrraaaay
There's a lot of stuff they can't do doesn't stop them they deserve no respect
"your a long way from home" great observations officer, i didn't realise i needed a travel permit to enter a different county with in our nations borders. where can i apply for such a permit officer.
*You're
You don’t make enough content. Good luck with the book. Next opportunity I have one shall be the owner of a copy. Are you doing ant book signings? 👍🏻
163 says they can stop the vehicle. It says nothing about the rest of his sentence.
1. Name and number, and station?
2. Have I stopped? yes or no.
3. I have complied with section 163. Am I free to leave?
...Mr bodge... you and I both know- that's EXACTLY what they do
maybe they're feeling lonely and need the company?
@mistahsusan2650 ohhh kayyy...not sure what you mean; but so long as you do then that's all that counts. 😉
Actually, this "act" is unlawful as it violates your human rights, which are protected by law.
Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
Article 9
"No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile."
Pulling you over - Detention.
For no lawful reason - Arbitrary.
And you only have to produce your licence, and show them the photo and date, to prove it is you and it is valid.
The rest is private information they have no authority to obtain if you have committed no traffic violation or broken any law.
Article 12
"No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honour and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks."
If only the police understood that.
You are not being detained, just questioned, for a specific reason, you are free to go at any time, but doing so would arouse reasonable suspicion
If you tried to argue this in a court - you would be laughed at
You don't have any human rights, that's a bullshit narrative, so the slaves don't start fighting and hunting down the master. You may think that you have human rights, they will prove you that you don't with every encounter.
You consented to it when you applied for your driving licence…
@@Bruce4lmighty No, I didn't.
I would never consent to having my human rights violated.
So, please, show me where exactly it states this.
the one who got his batton out and threatened to smash the window has some serious issues. that clearly says to me he likes to use violence or threat of violence to get his way. this would include his private life.
I find, since i gave up driving i don't give a f**k about them, cars are their main weapon to stitch you up.
Same here it was a way of destressing but today's roads are full of nut jobs and too many sign's and stupid rules.
You're a long way from home - yeah so was ET and he never even got this amount of snash.
Excellent.
I just wish the Copper Stopper publication dealt with Scottish Law, I'd buy it in a heartbeat.
I did wonder if it covered Scots Law. 🤔
The hat is a part of the police’s uniform!
I've not watched the video but the literal answer to the video is yes they can.
The term "pig" to refer to police officers originated in England in the early 19th century. It was used to describe someone who was generally disliked.
And thats a fact.
Any chance of getting this as an e-book CB?
Yes, they can. S63 of the RT Act.
S64 & S 65 also give them the power to drmand your details and to produce your driving documents.
However, you are NOT obliged to get out of your vehicle or to get into the police vehicle.
Yeah I bloody stopped for undercover no uniform wasn't thinking straight at the time but I will be complaining for sure
Love the advice as usual, but I feel old, I remember when they "needed" a reason to stop you. OK, they just made stuff up, so no real change at the end of the day.
Never got a notification on this one 🤔
Yes
JUST BOUGHT THE BOOK - ARRIVES TOMORROW 31/01/24 👍👍❤
Thin blue badge runners!
LOVE your work. ❤❤❤👍🏻
Being in uniform includes wearing a hat if I am not mistaken.
They really don't do themselves any favours with the public.
Question 1. Are you a warranted officer?.
Q2. Can I see your warrant card?
Q3. Are you legally trained?
Q4. Can I see your warrant card?
Q5. Are you lawfully trained?
Q6. Can I see your warrant card?
Statement:- refusal to show a warrant card after 3 times of asking is malfeasance and an intoxicated belief of power. You ask one more time.
Then your notice should be with the officer's boss within 3 days. Sent signed for delivery, time-sensitive and non-chain permitted.
Void ab initio for back of due process.
What a pile of bollocks. Hopefully everyone with half a brain cell or more will ignore your freeman-on-the-land level drivel
