It’s a brilliant title track from their debut album …and an extended version is extended brilliance! It sounds slightly different sonically with the urgent strings and tympanic additions but basically just an extended delight to listen to that glorious combining of Morten’s soaring vocals with Pal’s climatic lyrics.
You’re absolutely right, it is very much the same as the album version (extended), but with more strings. That was the reason I included it in the selection for you, a year and a half ago. The other reason was that your HHL reaction (to the album version) had been muted, so I thought you could try this one. In the meantime, you have the full version on Patreon, so that one is now available too. 👍 Lucca looks very catisfied. 😸😽 I think she missed listening to a-ha. 😼😹 She didn't want to leave your lap for two songs in a row. 😻
