The older CLA was awkward looking. Newer one clearly wins in the looks department and it looks more aggressive. Don't even get me started with new exhaust systems and their underwhelming "sporty" sounds on the MB AMG's.
As an owner of a white 2014 and based on the constant compliments and stares I receive, I'd say the public opinion is overwhelmingly in favor of the body styling of the old (and I'm guessing the new too)
Anyone who says old is crazy. The performance on the new one is 10x better. With a down pipe the exhaust will be fixed. Not to mention it’s far better looking

The lines are looking much better in the new version. Mercedes gave it a C63s look. Good move! Old version looks way too girly. I sold mine for that reason 😂
