Sorry for the double comment, but I believe the reason the one ponytail is connected to the eyes, is because Harley Qunns rebirth design (aka the design this hair and the ingame NPCs designs are based off of) has one blue ponytail and blue eyes, and besides that, no other blue on her design, and they made it so you don't have to waste one of your color slots on the blue for the hair.
I think we should take James Gunn at his word. He said that the voices will be the same throughout all DC media. I expect the people in the movies to provide voice acting in the game.
All we know for sure is... not soon. In one month would be VERY optimistic. Probably in Two months??? maybe even Three?? We do not know right now. :( As soon as we get some information.... I will let you guys know about it.

Hi Multiverse I wanna know your thoughts on DCUO possibly revamping the weapon system to be a separate form of DPS or Tank that is combo base. We have many powers now yes, but I want an option to fight using Pistols, Swords and so on rather than rely on powers. Right now the way to fight using precision kind of suck and feels more like a broken glitch found by players. I'm hoping to see in future more use of the weapons where they gameplay feels more dynamic and maybe even combo base. Right now the weapons feel like wasted potential and could bring new life to the game.

For people making Harley Quinn characters, I highly recommend using the "cheerful" skin style, it looks much better on female characters than male.
