Being from the UK obviously it would be great to see Adam become Olympic champion in Paris and make history but it's the first time where I think he's going to have competition. Who knows maybe not coming in favourite and as an underdog will work in his favour???. If he does win gold and becomes Olympic champion that will be insane.

I received my bonus today. You know that feeling when you swim in your own lane at the public swimming pool and nobody is paying attention to you. Since I am over forty, I am not as fast as I used to be. But today, everyone else in the pool was on break at the edge, and after only thirty minutes, my lane looked like a group of piranha fishes. I wonder what would happen if I were to try and break the rhythm of a swimming club in their lane, just for fun and see the difference.
