A lot of people went through mental break downs during this lockdown... don’t put yourself too much pressure. I was diagnosed with severe anxiety as a kid and I pretty much learned to control it at 19.... then this pandemic hit and my anxiety attacks went worst than ever over the most irrational fears.
i’m glad she doesn’t force herself to post... mental health is so important & she has a right to be sad... :(

I mean, I had panic and anxiety attacks everyday for the entire month of September. Not even an exaggeration. I cried for at least 3-4 hours a day. And it was all because I was nervous about starting college. That’s not that bad, but I felt like I couldn’t handle it. It is all about what YOU can handle. Don’t feel bad for being anxious and sad. That goes for everyone!
