Come explore the largest Southeast Asian festival on the East Coast of USA. The Lowell Water Festival takes place on the third Saturday of every August. Over 60,000 people flock to the side of the Merrimack River to enjoy the vibrant colors, flavors, and traditions of the festival. Majority of the vendors are selling traditional foods, plants, & goods from Cambodia, Laos, & Thailand.
