I haven't seen Su stand and sing like this since her solo performances at Actor School Hiroshima back in 2007-2011. During parts of this video I get flashbacks to those older performances, she still has the same motions and expressions at times. Very cool to see them do this together!
You don't understand how happy I am because this actually exists.. I absolutely love piano covers, I absolutely love Babymetal and Monochrome has become my favorite song lately. So having this, actually performed by the girls.. I can't explain it, it feels like I just won the lottery or something

I love listening to the studio version and the first take version back to back, sounds like 2 completely different songs. The vocals on this version are absolutely amazing and beautiful.
I believe Su is already the greatest female singer on the planet already. And that's in all genres. Her ability to control "our" emotions is second to none. I suspect metal kingdom could be the 2nd song , but wonder if No rain No rainbow ( Su solo), would be worth the first take treatment. 🦊🦊☔️🦊🦊

I can't emphasize enough how much I FREAKING LOVE these women, Su's voice makes me emotional like no band or artist ever has before. I feel blessed to have discovered them sooner rather than later. I loved to see the glistening in your eyes right form the first notes. I have watched the video for the fifth time now, and I cried every time. It's not just amazingly good, it's also so unreal that they are even on there. As you said, it's unbelievable how far they have come. I'm so happy right now. It will be interesting to see what this performance does for them in terms of promotion.
I listened to it for the first time this morning on my phone, but then when I got in my car to go somewhere I decided to put it on again to have the surround sound and be able to crank it up a bit. It gave me chills and made me tear up a couple times. Her vocal clarity, power, and her overall ability (god given and trained) is absolutely second to none. I've appreciated her voice and prowess, but this is the closest we will ever get to seeing her in the studio recording a song and you get to see the level of technical ability and knowledge she has. It makes me even more of a fan because it's just so damn good! If this song isn't released in this version, it will be a travesty. We NEED this version available!
It was an amazing performance. It kind of feels like it was meant to be this way. Given that Monochrome was first recorded about four years ago, I wonder how many versions and iterations it went though, and if this acoustic version is one they worked on.

I had never heard of The First Take before yesterday so I had no idea how special it was that Babymetal were going to be on there. But if you say they're going to be on there again then I can't wait! Even though I already knew she had an amazing voice, I was still blown away by her vocals.

AMAZING!! such a perfect song (the MV makes me cry, I guess with the undertones of the atomic bomb) so I knew this would push me over the edge again. so many things to digest...the 3rd member with the hand holding (I wish it was Yui's return but I know it won't be). I particularly like the sneaky way they have dropped the "1" into The F1rst Take" to mean either number 1 take or the "One" :). (edit: I do realise that the first take is a whole channel, not Babymetal, so yes I am a plum)

SO you asked about the 3 white figures: this is Babymetal throwing hints or trying to confuse us all 🤣🤣 It's probably one of 2 things: 1) BM have been hinting to possible 3rd member, so it could be Momoko or whatever girl gets chosen for 3rd spot 2) During their latest Show, they had 3 younger girls perform Doki Doki Morning together with them (Sakia and Miko from Sakura Gakuin and Kokona from Ciao Girls) and there has been a lot of speculation about this mini-Babymetal! It could be them, since you can see one of the girls on the side taller (Kokona is indeed taller), meanwhile in BM the tallest one is SU, or about the same height as Momoko!
This was an incredible performance....further enhanced by Su is singing into 20K microphone that will pick up every subtle nuisance hence while she is stand so still because you would hear her movements of her outfit !!!!!

5:19 I'm gonna have to disagree with you there, bud. Su definitely does have amazing top-tier vocals, but Fuki from Unlucky Morpheus/DOLL$BOX has some of the most amazing vocals I've ever heard in music. Especially in Metal. For me, she takes the crown with Unlucky Morpheus.
