Pulling handles for pottery mugs, jugs, etc and fixing them on!

Pulling handles used to be my least favourite part of pottery. They're fiddly things and learning to relax and be okay with imperfections is almost as important as lots of water and little pressure!
I am still learning myself, but here is how my mother showed me to make a tidy handle. Hopefully this will help anyone who is struggling to pull directly from the pot.
