Authentic Goan Pork Roast 😋 is one of my favorite dish, most satisfying dish of Goan cuisine 😊 the more it mature the more tastier it is, try once and you will love it.

Ingredients
1and half kg Pork
4 mid. Onions
2inch. Ginger
1 1/2 pod Garlic
1tsp Cumin
half tsp. Turmeric powder
7 each Red chillies
2 inch Cinnamon stick
5 and 8 Cloves
1tsp. Pepper corns
half size of lemon Tamarind
2 tbsp. Vinegar

We don't put oil for pork pork release oil fat
