Yeah I had it because earlier it was only one hero and we have to make it to level 30 to upgrade the Otto Hut to level 5, But in the new update Otto Hut name changed to BOB's control and a new hero and they made the requirement of total level of heroes as 45, and for those who already had 6th builder they got helicopter of level 15, not all of them I guess so, please confirm if anyone didn't got level 15 helicopter

Yeah it applies now also, yeah these are the only ways to unlock 6th builder, insted of upgrading mega Tesla to level 9 make multi mortar to level 9

Baby dragon is a strong troop, I use mass baby dragon attack strategy, anything is fine until your goal is to get 6th builder but Yes baby dragon is STRONG! Rest other troops I don't think you can use it in mass quantity.
For example canon cart has to be tanked by Pekka or giant(so you have to upgrade the troop which is used for tanking), but not in case of baby dragon or witch they are alone good to clear bases
