The musical master of positivity, Jon Anderson. This piece is surely brilliant!

This rings of "Olias of Sunhillow", at least to me to me and I will listen to Jon Anderson sing any day of the week :) sing anytime

Nice finish. Jon's gonna be just fine. Colour me relieved.

it's wonderful, imagine how amazing it would have been with a row of guitars playing the string parts.

I really can't agree with this. The rich orchestration is part of what makes this very special, imo.

41 yrs a YES/Jon fan I now say no to both. For perspective. "Who needs religion"? It opened me up. Still drawn to whats up and "open" to new stuff. "Keep it open, and help me keep mine open too"...Bruce Cockburn. Jon's god and religion are music. He sang it clear enough. Parting of ways. Culled my music collection. Fled Sunhillow. Total Mass Unretained. I see perpetual change and deep inside the world's controlling you. MrBigAC, THEE goatsheadsoupnazi cometh. SOON. No foolin! NonewagesewageLOVE

Still and all... I do find myself drawn, like the proverbial moth, to this kind of wondrous and epic songwriting. Sigh. Curiously, Jon's lyrics have seemed far clearer outside the band. I just couldn't continue to short out any more neurons trying to decypher lyrics in yessongs. No longer so entranced by the cryptic in my old(er) age. (Sing this to the tune of "and you and i")...if even jon anderson doesn't seem to know the meaning of his own words where do you go, oh well I guess that's just...

(and you and i paraphrase, ie parody cont'd) ...that's just what auto-writing brings". Jon, abandon the 'shrooms, reexamine and unlearn. The New Age new sage has only recycled sewage to offer. Relearn respect for your natural God-given brain chemistry. It's a free gift mon. Unless, that is, you've done so in the 6 yrs since the Stern interview. If so, goodonya. Yes, God is free like the lady said. His Spirit, "a fashioner of (His) people" is also free of course.
    Best Guide (possible) ever.LOVE

The remnants of Yes try to recycle old material, the result is Fly From Here (disappointing)).. Jon tries the same thing and the result is Open (amazing). This should show once and for all that the great songwriter in the collaborative group known as Yes was none other than Maestro Anderson!

Sounds like an unfinished track intended for Magnification. Not great in it's present form, but lots of potential.

Without the vocals, it sounds like it could be some of Rabin's cinematic score.
