Credit to Dan John for the OG armor building concept. It’s a crime to not credit him out of the gate. (2 double cleans, 1 double press, 3 rack squats). See no reason to mess with perfection. 🤷‍♂️

Has he not received due credit at this point? Even two years ago armor building has been around for quite a while, everyone knows Dan John made it.

Good channel i just found it. Learning a lot about workouts. Just bought a 24kg but gonna just do this with my 40lb for starters. Thanks for the idea.

I like the pulls. Supports the lower back. Hail DAN JOHN!

I will give this one a try. Is it inspired by Dan John 's armor building complex which is composed of 2 double cleans, 1 double press, & 3 double front squats every minute on the minute. I added this in a few weeks ago, & thought it was great. I have just started to transition from single hardstyle work to doing doubles, & admit without a coach it is a bit tricky, but well worth it just started light, and focusing on keeping good form, & tension. Thanks for all your quality content.

Been doing something very similar on a 5X5 regime. Not easy at first but once you get going it's a blast

Different to Dan John's one I see but certainly inspired. Good you mix stuff up, but thought from the title it was the same.

That’s a great complex. I’ve done something similar but with a pair of 20kg KB which was too heavy for me for meaningful TUT volume rounds. Now that I own a pair of 16kg KB, I should be good to go for better round volume.
What was the weight of KB in your video?
    Thanks for sharing.

Come up with a different name, this isn't the armor building complex.

Dan John coined the term Armor Building, which means Hypertrophy.
One of his protocols is the 2-1-3 Armor Building Complex.
Basically, 2 Double Cleans, 1 Double Press, and 3 Double Front Squats. Repeated for 10 rounds.
My Programs are inspired by Dan John work because I've been following him since 2009.
This is an advanced Double Kettlebell Complex which builds muscle, hence Armor Building.

That's NOT the armor building complex. Just name it something else Luka, it looks like a good program but it's just not nice to take the name without any credit. You should just put "my version" on the title or something at least.

It would be futile for him spend his energy fussing about something he cannot do anything about, and he maintains his integrity without concerning himself with not getting the credit.
Do others retain their integrity without giving credit is the q.

What is a "moderate size bell" in terms of RM . . . let's say for the Press . . . 20 RM, 10 RM, 5 RM? Thanks

Your very lean and look strong. How can I avoid big traps? Every time I do bench press or push-ups my traps get huge.
