What makes zero sense to me is why Kaitlyn doesn’t even question why she should tell Jacob how to keep the van from running and just tells him exactly how to do it. THEN, when the van “mysteriously” won’t start, why doesn’t she bring up this conversation she had with Jacob, literally less than an hour in-game beforehand.
This whole game is like a bunch of AI's interacting. So many awkward silence, weird body language and gestures, weird conversations, and on top of that weird actions like there were so many weird things they decide to do/say that don’t make sense at all lol. But graphics are awesome gotta give them that, just wish the eyes weren’t so.. uncanny 😂
She does question it. She tells Jacob that she doesn't think one more night will make Emma change her mind. She obviously knows why he wants to break it down, and she never snitches on Jacob when other people bring up the broken van because she's guilty of telling him how to do it. If they were to get mad at Jacob for breaking down the van, they'd probably get mad at her too for guiding him through it. Plus by the time the scrapyard happens, she probably wants to forget this night could have been avoided had she not answered him.
