Great choice for a song to cover. Tasty drum part - it's not super flashy... but perfect for the song. Lol Tolhurst is one of those seriously underrated players.

I am not a drummer so I use wrong terminology. I love the kinda straight playing with the drumming tying into the hooks/fills in the end of the bars, and the change of dynamics and energy etc. Subtle playing that create non-subtle results. It's a sort of a minimalist genius. I listened to this song a lot in the end of the 80s. Thanks :)
