Really solid. I agree with just about everything. Though :
- Overlord could MAYBE become Tier 1. Every other deck in the top 3 runs some sort of Semi-Limited card and with Negate Attack being put at 2, there are even fewer anwsers in the format to Overlord's jump-scare insta win cheese.
- Cyberse may or may not drop to Tier 2. Attrashoot Hydron going to 2 along with Negate Attack makes their offense less consistant and their defense more fragile, especially against Shield and Sword.
- Seven's Road might move to Tier 2 or the top of Tier 3. They can still run everything like Negate and Ghost Cyclone at max copies, they are a deck that very much abuse the still free Essel and its just a really consistant deck even if they feel kind of power-crept.
As a fellow Noodle Ninjas enjoyer, it really annoys me how much Konami hit our deck. I get that they wanted to hit the more control version of the deck, but the nerf to the skill was so uncalled for.
Only time will tell! I think a lot of people are a little bit disappointed with this box and it may lead to a meta that isn't shaken up all that much, but I would expect a super-mini in around a month to bring more support to some of these types. (Although that might just be wishful thinking)
Hot off the discord server: Thunder with Card Revitalization 🤔. Still going to try it with their new GY shuffler anyway.
I'm not convinced this is going to be any good, but it should still be tested either way.
I can't wait tonight for new Rush minibox, I really like the Wyrm cards + Excavator skill

About the Tier List:
- I feel like the limits will help LIGHT Machine and Cyberse lose power. I feel like if there is a Deck that could drop, it would be the Cyberse Deck.
- Seeing as it has good matchups against LIGHT Machine and Cyberse, Royal Rebel's could rank high in the Meta if people realize they can use that Deck. However, I still think it will be a solid Tier 2 (and possibly replace Cyberse). It also helps that Royal Rebel's can carry Negate Attack without problems.
- Now I do feel that Overlord regained its Tier 2 position that this Deck lost before. Now that Negate Attack cannot be carried by the best Decks, it means that they have a greater chance of losing against this Maximum Deck
- I have mixed feelings about Aggro: on the one hand, I feel like I will still see winning from time to time. On the other hand, I feel like my usage is slowly decreasing as the cards that support that Deck become obsolete. Dragias will need to move to another Deck.
- I feel like Tier 3 is fine. Ironically, those are the Decks you'll see often in the Ladder. However, I feel like the Spellcaster (SAR) Deck should fall to High Rogue since I haven't seen that Deck much and I think it only wins from time to time.
- Buster Blader will improve over time, but only because the Skill is somewhat broken. I feel like we would go back to a case of Royal Rebel's broken Skill since there are no viable ways to destroy high ATK Monsters.
- I feel like Wyrm Deck will have an experimental phase, especially with its two variants (Maximum and Normal). In Early Rush Duels, Maximum variant was quite strong and managed to give Dragoncaster Deck a fight. In Rush's Duel Links, the Maximum variant has everything necessary to replicate its success as Early Rush Duels (something sad that Asana does not have a dedicated Maximum Skill, although that would mean that we would have an Overlord 2.0). Normal variant won't have much success with what it has, but that Skill with Pierce could give it an advantage over other Decks. I think Wyrm Deck will be a solid Tier 2 in the long run. It helps a lot that they can carry Negate Attack.
- I think Plant Deck could surprise, but that will depend on how many people give it a chance. This Deck has many solid tools and can carry Negate Attack. The only thing that stops it a lot is that it has bad matchups with Maximum Decks (but that is something quite common at this stage of the Meta and what prevents many Decks from being able to excel)
I would love for all of the new decks to surprise me and all be tier 2 or better!
Hope we get a super mini next month because of how disappointing the mini box, I can't think on how to make a Shadow Flower deck with so little support (I'm not playing 3 of everything just because) I seriously thought on using forest so Etraynze can go up to 2500atk. Reading the comments I realize how good Card Revitalization is in Thunder I will try using that
I think thunder will be able to cheese some wins with Rev into specific decks (like RR and Cyberse) but i'm not sure it will be enough to break into the meta in a big way. We'll have to wait and see!
It sucks that psychics got booted out of the tier list but it’s understandable 😢
I finally made kog but it was not a very pleasant experience trying to get a 5 winstreak ! 😭 There’s so many ways things can go wrong..
At least I’ll get to play with the new cards now!!

How much potential does the shadow flower deck have of continued support? They seem fun enough, and I like the art and theme, but the skill and current lineup seems a bit meh and I don’t understand some of their cards, like the ones that depend on an enemy being earth type.
Bunch of support and a few fusions still to come. + general good plant support.

6 fusions,
4 spells, 2 traps
Did they actually perform well with that support? What is their overall playstyle anyways?
@@TheEmperorGulcasanothing meta relevant in physical rush I think, but for sure decent rogue.
Many special summons, tons of monster destruction, and/or battle position and atk regulations
@@niklasringling5231 Whats up with some of them targeting enemy earth monsters? There seems to be no support to make that happen atm.

After that explanation, I only have two clear conclusions:
1) Noodle Deck is the reason why Royal Rebel's and Overlord couldn't flourish in the Meta (despite their good matchups against LIGHT Machine and Cyberse)
2) Royal Rebel's and Overlord are strong Decks, but Noodle Deck was stronger (and oppressive for several Decks)
That only gives more justification for why Konami killed Noodle Deck: if the existence of a Deck prevents other Decks from getting ahead, then the problem is that oppressive Deck (Noodle Deck). It doesn't help that those Decks have no chance of winning against that oppressive Deck.
With Noodle Deck out of the question, Royal Rebel's and Overlord can now triumph in the Meta (and I wouldn't be surprised if they overtake LIGHT Machine, Cyberse, or Aggro at some point)
Ironically, Noodle was a problematic deck that kept two other problematic decks in check. It's funny how now we've doubled the number of decks people generally don't like playing against.
Harpie become lower and lower everytime new cards appear 😢😢😢
-no specific backrow removal,since there no specific backrow removal for their archetype i need used Ghost Cyclone(too conditional,Hammer Crush too costy)
-their monster do nothing,honestly my Essel is best for the deck since my monster only get boost attack and their boss monster do nothing if no Harpie in the field
-when another copy of HLS R and HLS L ? rarely use maximum since there only 1 copy each
Harpies still have a lot of cards yet to be released. They are still seeing regional wins over in japan in the modern game.
I think they don't want to buff Harpies yet since it's still the freebie deck that most anyone can slap together. They should have had a nice backrow removal, but limit 3 really screwed them. Since harpies is largely a newer deck with stronger effects than a lot of the current decks, they may wait a while before adding more support cards.
Got a question and hoping you can help. I just recently started a Rush only account because it's hard to focus on it while playing on my main. I just recently got the UR Rush ticket, trying to decide what deck to build. Is Dragias still super strong right now? If I do that route I could just clear the Scorching deck builder for an easy 2-3 copies. I just dunno where to start
I would recommend Blue-Eyes if you're trying to build on a budget, it's not a top tier deck but you can build it for barely any gems.
Dragias has slipped down the meta a little bit but will probably never really fall out of it.
The best decks right now are probably Machine, Cyberse and Royal Rebels, and out of the three Machines has the best chance of remaining strong as more cards are released.
@@Tomatosaurs appreciate it! I got 3 copies of the machine structure deck already cause I can spend a bit of actual money and I love mechs lmao.
@@3rdAgeSoap Mirror Innovator is a must for the deck to be played optimally so I would try and get your hands on those.
They still see play in the physical game today.
