Thank you so much for giving the OMC shout-out Joe! Your entry last year was absolutely mind blowing and I felt really honoured that you took part. The video series of you creating Astaroth is a gold mine of information. I am really excited to see what you create this year!! Good luck 😃
Thanks Kamm 😁 always happy to promote the competition! I'm looking forward to seeing what I come up with too as I only have a few basic ideas at the mo 😉
@@thedarkpower if you do, little tip, those ball and socket joints can be found on those little Magnifying glass Helping hands, 4 in total. I managed to pick one up for about £3 a while back. Wish I bought a few, as I think those ball n socket joints may be pricey on their own, or they were when I last looked.
Cheers, yeah I'd say collect some deodorant bottles, yoghurt pots and some WW2 airfix kits and start gluing stuff together until it looks cool! Think of it as a jigsaw without knowing what the final picture looks like 😉

@@thedarkpower You got me really excited when you mentioned the OMC (First time i'd ever heard of it). So much so, that I decided to enter.
Excellent! Good luck! :)
Good job!
Now make another one.....
And then another one.....
Thanks, I plan to.... ;)
BTW, I saw those same RC parts on Amazon along with a bunch of shocks and heim joints. They are very cool indeed.
Yeah they're great. I'd like to try and build amech using nothing but RC car parts. I reckon it'd be possible.
Excellent as always man.
Cheers dude 😁
Really fucking cool, it came out great
Thanks 😁
Still looking great! Would be great to see it animated. (May have said that before?!)
Thanks! I think you did say that. Maybe that's what I do for this year! 😁

Thanks, good tip - I think you can buy them from stop motion animation supply shops. They are quite expensive though.
Damn man I love the robots you make
I’ve been wanting to get into scratch building robots n stuff
But I’m not sure how to start
Any suggestions?
