That's funny. In fact, Kotor means "dirty" in Malay, and hence, I initially perceived in my mind that Kotor was dirty city. It turns out that Kotor is a very clean city, and the view is breathtaking too, from what I see in UA-cam videos.
Mnie najbardziej zachwyciły stare mury, kamienne, wąskie uliczki, wysokie temperatury i...mnóstwo kotów! Wasz piękny film przywołał radosne wspomnienia!
I’ve just come across your channel. As a travel creator myself Ive been planning my trip to Montenegro. Thanks to your video I now have a great itinerary for Kotor 👍🏼
Thank you guys for the great video and guide. Just was wondering if it was any issue using a drone there, like registration etc. I was planning to take my drone there as well.
I think the boat tour had some life jackets. But we didn’t need them. Maybe you can explain your situation by contacting them before the tour. And they’ll get one for you
We were there in October. It was still pleasantly warm during the day! I think March is hit or miss... can be pleasant but it also can be a bit cold still
Hi there, thanks for the wonderful tips. We just came back from our Croatia, Montenegeo, Bosnia road trip. Your suggestions definitely made Kotor trip amazing. Anyone visiting Kotor, do not miss the Lovcen national park. It definitely is the best part. I am not sure if it's mentioned in this video, if your drive there, there is an entry fre of 3 euro/ person to enter the park. And to enter the Njegos Mausoleoum, it's 8 euro/ person. Are these prices worth the visit? Absolutely! Its better to rent a car and go there. And go early so thats roads are not busy. Otherwise driving on the narrow mountain road can be a bit challenging 😂Don't miss this if you are visiting Kotor.❤ Thanks again for the information. ❤❤
Thanks for the kind words! We're glad the video was helpful. We also really loved Lovcen National Park, but the road to get there is definitely not for anyone ;)

Maybe if you can find a group tour it will be cheaper... but Kotor and Montenegro in general are pretty expensive when it comes to eating out and drinking wine... we used to cook quite a bit in our studio to save some money.

One of the most magical cities I have ever seen...wonderfull city of Kotor❤️
Yes it's one of the most beautiful old towns we've been to!
what a beautiful, well edited video, thank you
“The water could be a bit polluted” *proceeds to show the most breathtakingly clear water I’ve ever seen in my life*
It’s the cleanest water in Europe, alongside Croatia - what are they talking about???

I just woke up from a dream that I was visiting a stunning museum named ‘cator’ and it led me to this. Wonder if it’s a sign. 😊

For the boat tour - if I intend to swim in the blue cave, but do not actually know how to swim, do the boat tours provide life jackets?
I think the boat tour had some life jackets. But we didn’t need them. Maybe you can explain your situation by contacting them before the tour. And they’ll get one for you
Was looking for the game but this’ll do
Same 😂
Yeah
Looking forward to my Temple of the Ancients tour.
How many days were you in Kotor for?we are planning to visit in May for 7 days.
We also stayed around 7 days. It's a great little base to explore the surrounding Bay from (like Perast) as well as Lovcen National Park!
Which month would you recommend to travel! I am planning to travel during last week of June! Thank you in advance for your reply !
That’s probably a good time! Would be good weather ☀️
What month did you visit Montenegro? Is it cold during March?
We were there in October. It was still pleasantly warm during the day! I think March is hit or miss... can be pleasant but it also can be a bit cold still
The Mountains there are almost like a fjord!
I think the Bay of Kotor is actually considered a fjord indeed!
Good

Thank you!☺️
where is the start of the trail up to the ladder of kotor? this is the one that is free, right
The trailhead can be found to the west of the old town next to the Skurda River. The Google coordinates for the trailhead are: 42.427211, 18.773356
@@worldwildhearts and then heading back down to the old town, the same trail can be used? or the paid one 8€ fee?
@@maanbustamante You can walk back the same way and so you don't have to pay the fee!
My 3 favorite cities in the world are Luang Prabang (Laos), San Sebastian (Spain) and Kotor (Montenegro)
Never been to San Sebastian but now we have to! Love Kotor and Luang Prabang as well :)
hello, what if u don't know to swim, is it compulsory to swim during this tour
You definitely don’t need to swim! You can stay in the boat and admire the blue cave without swimming
Great ❤thank u so much for ur response also love ur videos ! 😊

I'm allergic to stone masonry and water. Got anything else?
Why are all the food tours so expensive? In other countrys you’ll pay like 30 euro pp😮 and in Kotor above 100
