Its been 30 days now for my home roof slab, after shuttering removed we noticed that water is dripping everywhere, we asked bulder to do another 3 to four feet concete again after that waterproofing and screeding, is it fine?

It's not important but if you don't give sunken then toilet floor will be at higher level compared to other floor level.
