Correction : In the last, sum of waiting time of customer is 4.5 . So the Average waiting time is 4.5/10 = 0.45 min.

It is already mentioned in ques that the first customer arrives at 0 min. So how will the server wait for 4 min for 1st customer. The min inter arrival time is probably b/w the 1st and 2nd customer.
Please clarify.
