Theoretically youll be alright since it's a parody and you aren't making a ton of money off it, but if you made a lot of money, and/or you're using it as a business logo, then Thrasher could come after you. But usually, if you piss a company off, they'll send you a "cease and desist" notice, which is like a warning, letting you know that if you don't stop, they'll take you to court.
You don't exactly show how to do it for those that are artistically inclined...I kinda don't want anybody making my Teez I have want to do them myself...even though that is a great company
