Predominantly party-line areas are being focused on first. I do have a map of the areas that are P or J and i'm a Portlander as well. It happens in all parishes where "the 'other party' has to wait until The ruling party's constituencies are done. Try and get the political message being sent. It happens on both sides of the ailse.

The work in some areas seem to be delayed because of light pole removal; that's a shame.

Chec should be overseeing the local contractors
