Complications of Myositis, Dr Andrew Mammen

It's bad enough to have to live with a chronic, debilitating disease like myositis. Too often, however, complications come up, even from the medications intended to treat the disease. This session discusses some of these complicating conditions, including infection, dysphagia, calcinosis, and challenges of long-term treatment with corticosteroids.
