Congrats for the move out of academia! Really enjoyed your educational content and helped me think about my online teaching. It's not a consolation I know that academia is like this elsewhere in the world too- from Australia so much of this resonates with experiences here. Matt, I had considered UX too. But I found that a lot of the jobs were demanding quant expertise (I'm a human sciences graduate). Was that an issue for you, or did you already have a high level of expertise in quant (stats etc)? Do you have a website I could visit?
